Antares Global, an international specialty insurance and reinsurance group, has announced the appointment of James Day as Property Treaty Underwriter – Reinsurance, further strengthening its reinsurance team.
Joining the company from MS Amlin, Day brings two decades of industry experience, specialising in global and North American property treaty business, with expertise across both non-proportional and proportional reinsurance.
The appointment forms part of Antares Global’s continued investment in its reinsurance capabilities as it expands the depth, breadth and accessibility of its underwriting platform.
He will report to Mat Storr, Head of Reinsurance, who commented: “Reinsurance is a central pillar of our product suite at Antares Global. Attracting underwriters of James’ calibre reflects the investment we are making to build teams with real strength in depth.
