Aon appoints Graeme MacMillan as its CBO for Commercial Risk Solutions in the UK

Global professional services firm, Aon plc, has announced the appointment of Graeme MacMillan as its Chief Broking Officer (CBO) for Commercial Risk Solutions in the UK. His appointment is effective starting 1st November 2023.

aon-logo-londonMacMillan brings over two decades of broking leadership experience, along with strong relationships with the regional and London market, which were built through senior market roles at Aviva, Marsh and Ardonagh Group.

In this new role, MacMillan’s remit will include being responsible for the UK Commercial Risk broking strategy and will help strengthen insurer relationships to develop differentiated propositions and products for clients. His hire is a sign of further investment in a strong broking team.

MacMillan will be on joint reporting lines to Jane Kielty, Head of Commercial Risk Solutions in the UK, and James Baum, Head of wholesale and specialty broking. He will also ensure the UK broking strategy works in tandem with Aon’s Global Broking Centre (GBC).
