Reinsurance intermediary Aon Benfield has appointed Jeremy Goodman to a New York-based role as Global Head of Broking Strategies with immediate effect.
Goodman will report to Eric Andersen, Chief Executive Officer of Aon Benfield, and will be responsible for networking with the firm’s reinsurance trading partners to develop innovative products that better match capital to client needs.
Goodman’s last role was as Executive Managing Director of Aon Benfield where he advised on reinsurance programs to execute reinsurance transactions in both the traditional reinsurance and capital markets.
Since joining Aon Benfield, he has taken up several key leadership positions including serving as a member of Aon Benfield’s U.S. executive team.
He began his career in London in 1986 and relocated to the US in 1991 and in 1996, established Cooper Gay’s operation in Singapore before moving to New York in 2001 as leader of its operations in North America and the Caribbean.
