Re/insurance broker Aon has entered into a new partnership with Elements of Genius (EoG), one of the fastest growing privately held Artificial Intelligence (AI) companies in the U.S., to empower Aon’s GoodMe platform with dynamic voice chatbots.

AIUnder the new collaboration, GoodMe, which is Aon’s healthcare services platform, will be powered by EoG’s voice AI technology.

It’s hoped that this new alliance will allow both firms to lead in AI powered healthcare services delivery which offers immense benefits and ease to both providers and patients in the U.S and Europe.

EoG is leader in “emotionally aware” artificial intelligence. The company’s VoxAI software can predict, on an emotional level, the needs of consumers and guide them to the best solution using a voice-based application across any device.

The company explains that unlike other voice assistants, VoxAI creates a personalised voice interaction that replicates natural conversation.

Enrico Vanin, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aon S.p.A. and of Aon Advisory and Solutions S.r.l., commented: “Aon is excited to partner with Elements of Genius and to see the Goodme platform lead the way in providing an “Amazon-like” experience in healthcare. We have developed the Goodme platform to satisfy the unmet needs of physicians and consumers.

“With Elements of Genius’ VoxAI software, we are taking Goodme to the next level with the ability to understand emotions and dynamically respond to those hidden needs. Since emotions guide 90% of human decisions, we believe this technology will create a superior personalized health experience and unearth insights that will contribute to better decisions and better care.”

Founder & CEO of EoG, Jon Ramaci, said: “This is an amazing opportunity to have transformative impact at scale.  With Aon and EoG, all of the pieces are in place to deliver meaningful solutions that empower physicians and patients to have a radically better healthcare experience, which will result in better outcomes.

“Combining the user-friendly Goodme platform with a voice-based user interface that deeply understands patient needs by reading emotions provides a whole new way of better detecting and addressing health needs.”

Vanin added: “This alliance brings exponential value to our shared clients. We’ve managed to combine the best AI voice-based software development firm with the best health solutions firm, and that’s a powerful combination. The products from that collaboration will be unmatchable.”
