Professional services firm Aon has appointed Paloma Quiroga Arias as Head of Articulating Value, Reinsurance Solutions.
In this role, she will support Aon’s long term global growth strategy, developing and tailoring value propositions that maximises the value that the firm delivers to its clients.
Paloma has worked for Aon since 2013. In her first role with the company she served as a Strategy Analyst.
Throughout her tenure with the company, Paloma has held a variety of different roles, including Strategy Consultant, Director, and Managing Director.
Earlier this month, Aon announced that it has joined the Global Earthquake Model (GEM) Foundation.
Additionally, Aon recently announced that Louisa Blain has joined as a partner in its Human Capital Solutions (HCS) team in the UK.
The firm also recently appointed both Robert De Souza and John Carroll to new roles within its Reinsurance Solutions Asia Pacific (APAC) team.
