Aon has announced the appointment of Tracy Lee Kus as Head of North Asia, comprising Japan and Korea, with immediate effect.
In the new role, Kus will reportedly work closely with Tatsuya Yamamoto, Head of Aon Japan, and Kevin Kim, Head of Aon Korea.
Aon explained that the move builds on “the existing synergies and momentum between the two countries”.
Kus’ headline objective is to further advance Aon’s United strategy, focusing on delivering positive outcomes for the firm’s clients and colleagues.
She will also continue in her role as Head of Commercial Risk Solutions, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.
Earlier in her career, Kus served as a Director of Glenrand MIB, and as a Financial Lines Manager at AIG.
She first joined Aon in 2002, chiefly serving as Director of Aon Risk Solutions, before joining Novae as an underwriter.
After about six years of underwriting, she returned to Aon in 2012 to run its financial institutions team, eventually taking up the role of Head of Commercial Risk Solutions, Asia Pacific.
