Arch Insurance appoints Sam Bradley as senior cyber underwriter

Arch Insurance has appointed Sam Bradley to the role of senior cyber underwriter.

Arch InsuranceBradley will take on the role immediately, be based in London, and is set to report to Marcus Breese, head of cyber and technology E&O. He joins from Willis Towers Watson where he was a senior cyber broker. He has also held cyber underwriting roles at Liberty Specialty Markets and CFC Underwriting.

Breese said: “Sam’s market expertise and broking perspective makes him a great addition to our expanding team as we continue to increase our relevance to our broking partners and deliver on our strong growth ambitions. Arch is an exciting place to be and Sam’s appointment reinforces our commitment to delivering collaborative and informed cyber solutions for our clients, backed by technical expertise, a consistent approach to underwriting and responsive service.”

According to a statement from the firm, Bradley joins a growing cyber team and will support the continued development of the international account as well as the cyber property damage and business interruption portfolio.

A recent statement given by Breese outlined the industries targeted by Arch Insurance’s cyber division. These include, but are not limited to, financial services; healthcare; retail and leisure; tech, media, and telecoms; and energy and utilities. The firm offers a maximum line size of $15m for any single risk. It underwrites business in Australia and New Zealand, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the US.
