Argenta Syndicate Management Limited (ASML), a subsidiary of Argenta Holdings Limited, has promoted Jacqui Grinberg to the role of Chief Claims Officer, with immediate effect. She will be reporting to Carol-Ann Burton, ASML Director and General Counsel for Argenta Group.
In the new role, Grinberg’s principal focus will be to develop and drive Argenta’s claims strategy. This includes aligning the strategy more closely with claims and underwriting teams, harnessing the power of evolving data and digital capabilities and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Grinberg is a qualified solicitor, who joined Argenta in 2023 as the Deputy Head of Claims. She has deep expertise in claims management.
Prior to this, Ginberg held roles such as Head of Strategic Claims Management and Performance at W.R. Berkley Syndicate Management Limited, and Head of Claims at W.R. Berkley (Europe) Limited.
