Artex, Gallagher’s wholly-owned subsidiary for alternative risk and capital, has announced that the team from Malta-based Bee Insurance Management Ltd. has joined Artex EMEA.
Bee Insurance has provided clients with a variety of services, including underwriting, claims, accounting, risk management, regulatory compliance, and investment reporting.
Simon Camilleri, formerly the managing director of Bee Insurance, is now an executive director at Artex. He will continue to oversee client service while also supporting the Artex EMEA business development team, further strengthening Artex’s market presence.
Paul Eaton, CEO of Artex EMEA, stated, “Transitioning this book of business to Artex EMEA marks another step in Artex’s growth and global expansion journey, enhancing our resources, expertise and range of services for the benefit of our clients.”
