Global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced that its subsidiary, Artex Risk Solutions, Inc., has completed the acquisition of Allied Risk Management, based in Dublin, Ireland.
The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed, the company said.
Allied Risk Management offers insurance and reinsurance management services, as well as actuarial services, to clients worldwide.
Following the acquisition, the team led by Frank Coyle will continue operating from their current location, reporting to Paul Eaton, the head of Artex International.
The acquisition will enhance Artex’s insurance management and actuarial capabilities, according to J. Patrick Gallagher, Jr., Chairman, President, and CEO of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Frank Coyle and his team will remain in their current location and work under the direction of Paul Eaton, head of Artex International.
“Allied Risk is a highly respected company, and I am very pleased to welcome Frank and his associates to our growing, global team,” said Gallagher.
