Aston Lark has acquired broker firm UKGlobal in what it says is its fiftieth acquisition since the former’s formation four years ago.
The company said that UKGlobal’s management and team members will all remain with the business, and the UKGlobal brand will also remain for the foreseeable future
Peter Blanc, group CEO of Aston Lark, said: “I’ve known Nic, Matt, Phil, and of course Philip Hodson for many years. They are first class insurance brokers and have a true client-first ethos.”
He added: “They have bult an outstanding business and we now have an opportunity to partner together to more than double the business again over the coming few years. I’m delighted that they have chosen to partner with Aston Lark and I’m so excited about what we will achieve together over the coming years.”
Other acquisitions undertaken by Aston Lark in recent months includes broker firm Braddons, Marine & General Insurances DAC, and Healthwise Group.
Matthew Bray, group CEO of UKGlobal, said that the link-up between the two firms would help accelerate growth.
