Augment Risk, a reinsurance and capital solutions broker, has confirmed that Crystal Maragh has joined its Global Parametric Specialty division in Miami.
In this role, she will focus on supporting growth and delivery across parametric transactions, drawing on her experience in actuarial science, parametric product development and risk analytics as part of the company’s broader strategy in this specialist area.
Maragh arrives at Augment Risk from NormanMax Insurance Holdings, where she was Vice President of pricing.
During her time there, she contributed to the establishment of syndicate and MGA operations, supported the attraction of significant investor capital, and worked on the design and development of parametric insurance solutions.
Prior to that, she held actuarial and innovation-focused positions centred on parametric products, including involvement in early-stage development of new structures and arranging capacity with leading reinsurance partners.
