Avishek Rath has been appointed as Head of Growth for global broker Aon’s Facultative Reinsurance Solutions in India.
Leveraging the firm’s global network and advanced data analytics, Rath is committed to provide bespoke risk transfer solutions for high-value and complex risks.

Rath has joined Aon after an 18-year career at broker Marsh India, where his versatility and leadership were demonstrated across various sectors.
Most recently he served as Head of Government Business Group. Throughout his career, Rath has held several pivotal leadership solutions, including Senior Vice President, Head – Renewable Energy Practice, Head – Upstream Energy Practice, and Executive Vice President – Energy and Infrastructure.
