AXA XL has appointed Aditi Shukla to the roles of Country Head for India and Head of India shared services.
Shukla’s LinkedIn profile indicates that she has held various roles at XL Catlin in India for nearly 10 years prior to taking up this new role.
These include positions as Senior Vice President and Head of Insurance Operations, and as Head of Operations for XL India.
Before this, she spent a further seven years at XL Insurance where she worked as an AVP for property. She was also a process leader at Churchill India, now known as RBS India.
“We’re proud to announce that Aditi has been promoted to the role of Country Head, India and Head of India Shared Services,” AXA XL said in a public statement.
“She will apply her nearly two decades of shared services and insurance operations knowledge to further support AXA XL’s internal functions,” it added.
