AXIS Capital has announced the retirements of its Chief People Officer Noreen McMullan, and its Wholesale Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Carlton Maner.
Moving forward, AXIS has confirmed that McMullan will be succeeded by Lisa Pariot who will become Chief People Officer on January 1, 2024.
Following the transition, McMullan will continue work with AXIS through to March 31, 2024, taking on the role of a strategic advisor to the firm.
Pariot, her successor, has served as a member of the HR leadership team for eight years, most recently holding the role of Head of People Programs and Rewards.
Meanwhile, Maner will retire at the end of this year and in the months ahead, will work in partnership with Head of North America, Mike McKenna, in order to ensure a smooth transition.
