AXIS Capital Holdings Limited, a Bermuda-based global insurer and reinsurer, has promoted Christina Geller to Head of Wholesale Financial Lines in North America (NA).
In her new role, Geller reports to John Van Decker, Head of Global Financial Lines. Additionally, she will develop and deliver the strategy for long-term profitable growth across AXIS’ portfolio of North American wholesale commercial and financial institutions business.
Geller has spent a combined 18 years serving in senior underwriting and leadership positions within AXIS from 2005 to 2012, she then returned to the firm in 2013.
Most recently, she served as Head of Wholesale Financial Institutions at AXIS. She also previously held management liability underwriting roles at AIG and CNA Insurance.
