Specialist insurance and reinsurance broker, BMS Group, has announced the appointment of Cris Massis as Chairman of the firm’s expansive Australian affinity business.
Massis adds significant association leadership and member value expertise to BMS Australia’s Affinity clients.
Effective November 1st, 2020, he will be based in Melbourne with a focus on growing the business, working with Shamus Breen, the Managing Director of BMS Australia’s Affinity operation.
With more than twenty years of professional and volunteer experience in the healthcare and sports sector, he is currently the interim Chief Executive of Integra Health, a start-up group of multidisciplinary allied health clinics across Australia aiming to provide client-centred health care solutions.
He’s previously held positions at the Bob Jane Corporation, St Kilda Football Club, CPA Australia, Australian Physiotherapy Association, and Advent Health.
Massis was also Chairman of the Allied Health Professions Australia (AHPA) and holds a range of non-executive healthcare and sports directorships.
