Global broking firm Brokerslink announced the launch of a dedicated Employee Benefits (EB) Practice to address the fight for talent.
Led by Gerard Baltazar, Brokerslink EB expert, the practice will aim to provide independent brokers around the world with access to leading expertise, assistance, and innovative solutions to help them strengthen and expand their international EB business capabilities.
The creation of this practice comes at a time when many sectors are fighting to attract and retain the best talent, and employee benefits can be a key differentiator for businesses.
