Brokerslink introduces new governance structure with advisory board addition

Brokerslink has unveiled a new governance structure, incorporating an Advisory Board alongside its existing Board of Directors.

brokerslink-logo-newThis transformation comes as a result of the merger between Brokerslink Management AG and Brokerslink AG, with the latter becoming the sole legal entity.

The strategic shift aims to bolster the company’s global reach and position it for sustained growth in the future.

The existing Brokerslink Board of Directors, comprising esteemed professionals from various parts of the world, has been instrumental in shaping the organisation’s success.

Led by José Manuel Fonseca, Chairman of Brokerslink and CEO of MDS Group in Portugal, the Board includes prominent figures such as Steve Hearn, Vice-Chairman of Brokerslink and CEO of Inver Re, UK.

Hearn, the CEO of Inver Re, the Ardonagh Group’s dedicated reinsurance broking unit, is reportedly set to depart the company and Group later this summer.

Joining them are distinguished individuals from various corners of the globe. Edoardo Leusciatti, representing SRB from Switzerland; Grégory Allard, hailing from Filhet-Allard in France; Jamie Crystal, representing Alliant Insurance Services in the US.

Patrick Chi Kong Chan, founder of Nova Insurance Consultants, represents Hong Kong. Stefan Müller, hailing from Wenger & Vieli in Switzerland; and Sunny Léons, who represents Léons from the Netherlands.

In an exciting development, the newly formed Advisory Board now complements the existing structure and includes all the members of the Board of Directors. Additionally, it incorporates several esteemed industry experts from around the globe, expanding the diversity of expertise and perspectives within the organisation.

The Advisory Board includes Anthony Lim from Acclaim in Singapore, Carlos José Pineda Molina from CyR in El Salvador, Denise Nart from Nart in Turkey, Francisco Valdes from AER in Mexico, Jorge Manuel Arias from Corporacion Continental in Panama, Laure Nicaise from Generalia Assurances in Cameroon, Patrick Verlinden from Van Dessel in Belgium, Roger Potts from Bridge in the UK, Sid Garcia from Trinity in the Philippines, and Youness Rhallam from Alpha Assurances in Morocco.

The restructured board marks a significant milestone in Brokerslink’s journey, reinforcing its commitment to continuous expansion and future success.

The inclusion of the Advisory Board underlines the company’s dedication to fostering a collaborative ecosystem and harnessing the collective business acumen of its esteemed members.
