San Diego-domiciled, specialty insurance broker, C3 Risk & Insurance Services, has appointed Marife Molina as its new Executive Vice President (EVP) of Strategic Revenue, where she will oversee the development and execution of revenue-generating strategies.
Molina will also focus on identifying new market opportunities, establishing key partnerships, and optimizing existing revenue channels to further strengthen the broker’s market position. She will also oversee producer development and producer recruitment for the California-based insurance firm.
Prior to this, Molina served at a large multinational insurance carrier as the Senior Vice President and Regional Leader of its San Diego and Orange County personal and commercial lines operations.
During her tenure, she led her team to achieve record growth and also co-chaired the company’s employee resource group dedicated to the support, development and advancement of women.
C3 stated that Molina’s professional drive, warm demeanour and passion for equity, diversity and inclusion make her a great addition to its leadership team.
