Nadine Moore has joined global specialty and P&C insurer and reinsurer Canopius Group from consulting firm Boston Consulting Group, to accelerate growth as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its US business.
Based in Chicago, Moore will lead the carrier’s US operation from September of this year, and will join the Group Leadership Team, reporting to Group CEO, Neil Robertson.
She brings extensive experience across the US insurance sector to her new role, and will be tasked with spearheading Canopius’ long-term strategy in the region, leading the US operations across its retail and wholesale businesses.
Most recently, she served at Boston Consulting Group as Managing Director and Senior Partner. Moore is well known and respected in the industry, and as highlighted by Canopius, has the distribution credibility of a placing broker and a CFO’s understanding of the bottom line, as well as the operating model discipline of a transformation leader.
She also brings experience in M&A, and proven delivery of AI initiatives in a regulated insurance environment to her new position.
