CCR Re makes series of senior appointments

French reinsurance firm CCR Re has made a series of new appointments, including the promotions of Jérôme Isenbart to the position of Chief Risk & Actuarial Officer and John Conan to the role of Senior Vice President, Head of Underwriting Treaties Asia.

ccr-re-logoThe company said that Isenbart will continue to fulfil his current responsibilities as Chief Risk Officer for the CCR Group, while Conan will succeed René Rochette, who is due to retire at the end of the year.

Additionally, John Lenormand, who has over ten years of experience in Transport underwriting, has joined CCR Re as Underwriter Marine, Energy, Terror & Political Violence.

CCR Re also announced that Hande Yildiz Fuchs will join the company as Vice President at the Southern Europe Property & Casualty department.

She began her career in 2006 as Property & Casualty Underwriter for Eureko Sigorta in Turkey, before later becoming P&C Vice President for MS Amlin.

Finally, Yang Du has been appointed as Underwriter and Agro Specialist, joining CCR Re from Arch Reinsurance Europe, where she has held similar positions since 2013.

Commenting on the appointments, Bertrand Labilloy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CCR Re, said: “In the framework of CCR Re’s furthered development, we have consolidated our management base and strengthened our teams with new technical and international talents.”
