Century acquisition grows EPIC’s employee benefits practice and P&C lines

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants has expanded its footprint in the Pacific Northwest region of the US with the acquisition of Oregon-based firm Century Insurance Group, LLC, a specialist in employee benefits and commercial and personal P&C solutions.

Founded in 1996, Century’s team of almost 30 experienced insurance industry professionals are expected to continue to serve their clients as usual. The team is led by principals Danny Duggan, Jason Epple, Chris Intlekofer, Chris Rosch, and Jeff Weichman.

EPIC’s recent revenue growth to over $1 billion has positioned the company as a fast-growing firm.

The addition of Century is part of EPIC’s goal to strengthen its presence in the Pacific Northwest market under the leadership of Mike Mastroni, Executive Managing Principal at EPIC, who commented:

The acquisition was finalised in early July with Dowling Hales advising Century on the transaction.
