In a strategic move to revolutionise the property and casualty insurance sector, renowned firms, including Allcat Claims Service, Colonial Claims, Lighthouse Claims Service, Parker Loss Consultants, Prestige Claims Service, and QA Claims, have joined forces under the umbrella brand Claim Assist Solutions.

partnerships-and-mergersThis collaboration aims to offer a more cost-effective claims-adjusting process while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and service.

The backbone of Claim Assist Solutions is powered by Claim Assist Technologies, an end-to-end proprietary claim management software platform.

This innovative platform is at the forefront of the industry’s transformation, enabling a seamless integration of people, processes, and technology.

Claim Assist Solutions brings together a workforce of over 2,000 employees and an extensive independent adjuster network comprising 17,000 licensed contractors. The collective expertise spans various segments, including auto, property, flood, and complex and commercial claims.

CEO Sid Carr emphasised that, despite the unified brand, each company within Claim Assist Solutions will continue to service clients independently.

However, collaboration will occur in areas such as human resources, finance, and administration to streamline operations and improve efficiency. The companies will also collectively invest in technology to enhance client satisfaction and provide valuable capacity back to insurance carriers.

The inception of Claim Assist Solutions traces back to 2022 when Trive Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, and Valedor Partners, a Houston-based private investment firm, invested in Allcat Claims Service.

This initial investment laid the foundation for Claim Assist Solutions to pursue further growth investments in the claims service sector.

Claim Assist Solutions, under its common name, retains the distinct brand identities of its member companies, showcasing the comprehensive capabilities across the platform.

Ramon Lopez, the president, highlighted, “Together, we service six out of the top 10 P&C insurance carriers, offering solutions ranging from flood and commercial claims to everyday auto or home claims. We look forward to continuing our commitment to excellence and assisting even more clients in the future.”
