Cyber insurance provider Coalition announced the appointment of John Coletti as the Head of Cyber Underwriting.
Coletti brings with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as the Head of Cyber Reinsurance at Swiss Re, one of the world’s largest reinsurers.
He held various other senior underwriting roles in AXA XL, XL Catlin, and AVP roles in CNA Insurance and Gulf Insurance Company.
Coletti will focus on the implementation of best-in-class cyber underwriting practices at Coalition.
This will involve developing guidelines, improving coverage management, refining pricing models, implementing risk aggregation models, and utilizing predictive analytics to facilitate submission triage and scalable underwriting.
Additionally, Coletti will collaborate closely with the Risk Management team to establish consistent global underwriting and pricing standards, the cyber insurance provided said.
