International specialist legacy group Compre has appointed Marialuisa Petrella as claims director, and Connie Tregidga as group M&A director.
Petrella joins in May from Armour Risk Management Limited where she served as head of European claims.
Prior to that she worked for QBE and is a lawyer by profession.
She will report to Chief Operating Officer Simon Hawkins and brings over 17 years of claims experience across a range of classes and jurisdictions.
Tregidga will join Compre’s business generation team in July and previously spent 11 years at QBE, most recently serving as head of retrospective solutions and group reinsurance counsel.
She will report to Chief Development Officer Eleni Iacovides. Both will be based in London.
“Marialuisa brings a broad variety of technical, managerial and strategic ability to Compre, with an exceptiodnal track record of managing high value and complex claims,” said Hawkins .
