Conifer Holdings, Inc. has revealed that Nicholas J. Petcoff will assume the role of sole Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, effective December 31, 2023.
As part of this transition, Petcoff, who currently serves as Chairman and Co-CEO, will be stepping down from his co-leadership position but will continue to be an integral part of the company as a director.
Petcoff expressed his optimism about the forthcoming change in leadership, stating, “I am pleased and proud to announce this positive transition in Conifer’s leadership.
“With the recent successful completion of our September 30, 2023 debt maturity, I believe that our company is well-positioned going forward. Over the coming months, I will remain involved to help effect an orderly and seamless transition.”
Prior to Conifer, he served as Underwriting Manager for Personal Lines at North Pointe Insurance Company.
Petcoff served as Risk Analyst at Guy Carpenter before he worked at North Pointe Insurance Company.
