Swiss Re and Argo-backed cyber insurer Coalition has announced the addition of Brian Specht as Head of Affinity.
Specht – who will be based in New York City and Austin, Texas – joins with 30 years’ experience and has served with companies such as Aon, Ryan Specialty Group, AIG and Chubb.
Prior to joining Coalition, he worked as Chief Underwriting Officer and Chief Broking Officer of Aon Affinity US.
Previously, Specht worked as Executive Vice President at WKFC Underwriting Managers, a division of Ryan Specialty Group, leading the Specialty and Professional Liability programs.
“As Coalition continues to expand our partnership ecosystem and scale our unrivaled intelligence platform, Brian will serve as an integral part of our leadership team,” said Coalition Chief Executive Officer, Joshua Motta.
“His proven excellence in leading affinity partnerships will allow us to deliver cybersecurity protection and coverage to an even broader spectrum of businesses and industries.”
