Cytora, an AI-powered digital risk processing platform, has announced an integration with CAPE Analytics, a provider of AI-powered property insights, to elevate commercial property risk assessment.
Through the integration, CAPE Analytics’ commercial property data APIs will be accessible on the Cytora platform. As a result, this will enhance insurers’ capabilities to assess and manage risks associated with commercial properties.
The data APIs offer extensive insights into a variety of different property attributes, which includes loss-predictive building characteristics, roof condition, and historical data.
By integrating CAPE Analytics’ APIs into the Cytora platform, this will give insurers access to detailed property information, therefore empowering them to make more informed underwriting decisions and optimise their risk management practices.
It is also worth noting that this integration will allow insurers to harness advanced analytics and machine learning to streamline underwriting processes, bolster risk management practices, and make data-driven decisions for commercial property risks.
