Diane Côté and Doina Palici-Chehab join SCOR Board

At SCOR SE’s recent Combined Shareholders’ Meeting, the appointments of Diane Côté and Doina Palici-Chehab as directors were announced, along with Jacques Aigrain as an observer.

scor-logoThe Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting was held on 29th April at the company’s registered office, 5 avenue Kléber, 75016 Paris, France, under the chairmanship of Fabrice Brégier.

Côté brings extensive experience in finance and accounting. She currently serves as a director at Société Générale, X-Forces Enterprise, La Nuova Musica, and Pay.UK (from which she will step down in June 2025).

She served as Chief Risk Officer of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) from 2012 to 2021 and was a member of its executive management. Côté also held senior roles at Aviva, most recently as Group Chief Finance Operations Officer, and spent over a decade at Standard Life, including as Chief Risk Officer.

Palici-Chehab is currently a director at XL Insurance Company SE (Ireland) and AXA Konzern AG (Germany).

She joined AXA Group in 1990 and held various management positions in reinsurance before retiring in 2022. Since then, she has served as a non-executive director of several AXA entities.

Aigrain currently serves as Chairman of Tradeweb Markets and LyondellBasell NV, and as a director of Clearwater Analytics.

He brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in financial services, including nine years at Swiss Re—where he was CEO—and 20 years at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in global leadership roles. He also served as Chairman of LCH Clearnet Group Ltd.

At the meeting, all resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors were approved, including the renewal of the terms of office for directors Fabrice Brégier, Martine Gerow, and Fields Wicker-Miurin.

Additionally, shareholders approved the payment of a dividend of EUR 1.80 per share for the 2024 financial year. The ex-dividend date is set for 2nd May 2025, with payment scheduled for 6th May 2025.

Brégier also extended his thanks to Natacha Valla and Zhen Wang, whose terms of office expired at the close of the meeting, for their valuable contributions to the Board’s work.
