Gallagher Re, the global reinsurance broking and advisory business of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has appointed Emiliano Castuma as Head of Agriculture for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).
Castuma has specialist expertise in agricultural treaty reinsurance and is well known and respected as a broker in the region.
Most recently, he served as the Agricultural Regional Practice Leader for global re/insurance broker Aon for 18 years.

Castuma commented, “After 18 years, I bid farewell to AON with a mix of nostalgia and gratitude.
