Everest Insurance International, a division of Bermuda-based insurer and reinsurer Everest Group, Ltd., has hired Giles Coghlin as Head of Fine Art and Specie, where he will be based in London.
He joins the firm following a two year tenure at Aviva, where he most recently served as Head of Fine Art and Specie.
Before he joined Aviva, he spent over six years working in the same role at CNA Hardy, a specialist commercial insurance provider within the Lloyd’s and company markets.
Coghlin will use his extensive experience and specialist knowledge towards his new role.
In January, Everest Insurance launched a dedicated Private Equity practice, expanding the organisation’s offerings across property and casualty (P&C) lines to serve the needs of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies across North America.
Also in January, Everest Insurance hired Bill Hazelton as Head of US Retail Casualty in North America, replacing David Sandler.
