Experienced reinsurance lawyer, Anne Foster, has been called to the Bermuda Bar, and has been appointed as Senior Counsel of the dispute resolution team at ASW Law Limited (formerly Attride-Stirling & Woloniecki).
Foster joined ASW Law Limited in November 2015 after practicing for more than two decades as an international dispute lawyer at Clifford Chance and Hogan Lovells.
Discussing her call to the Bermuda Bar, Foster said; “I feel very privileged and honoured to have the opportunity to be called to the Bermuda Bar. Having been involved in Bermuda-related disputes over a number of years, I feel very excited at the prospect of now being able to appear as an advocate before the Courts here in Bermuda.”

Foster obtained her law degree from the University of Leicester in the UK, and was called to the English Bar by Middle Temple in 1992, before being admitted as a solicitor in England in 1997.
