Bermuda-based Managing General Underwriter, Fidelis MGU, has promoted Kevin Adams to Head of US Treaty Production and Jason Shrubb to Head of US Reinsurance.
Adams has been with the firm since January 2017, joining as a Senior Underwriter from reinsurance broker Guy Carpenter, where he spent almost three years as a Vice President.
He first joined Guy Carpenter in 2006 as a Senior Catastrophe Analyst, before leaving for Towers Watson in 2011, where he worked as a Senior Analyst for more than two years before returning to Guy Carpenter.
Shrubb joined Fidelis in 2015 as an Assistant Underwriter in London, before moving to Bermuda and working as an Underwriter at the firm and later a Senior Underwriter in May 2023.

“Their exceptional contributions to the Bermuda office have been instrumental in helping grow Fidelis MGU into the market leader we are today, and they are both exemplars of our core belief that nurturing and championing internal talent will be key to our continued growth and success,” he added.
