Fusion Specialty Europe (Fusion), a leading insurance provider, has announced the establishment of its Southern Europe branch in Madrid and the appointment of Filippo Cibin as partner, effective immediately.
The move comes as part of Fusion’s ongoing growth strategy in European insurance markets.
Cibin, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the region, will spearhead Fusion’s expansion into Southern Europe.
He has previously worked in Spain, Italy, and Germany, gaining valuable expertise in underwriting a wide range of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial lines insurance products for prominent Managing General Agencies and global company market insurers.
With Cibin’s appointment, Fusion aims to enhance its ability to offer innovative insurance solutions across Southern Europe. The company primarily focuses on providing local and cross-continental coverage for small to mid-market M&A transactions.
One of Fusion’s flagship offerings is the groundbreaking M&A Tech solution called Mio™ (M&A Insurance Online for M&A and Real Estate transactions), which is the world’s first of its kind.
