Global reinsurance broker Gallagher Re has appointed Shireen Gammoh as Global Head of Capital Advisory & Modelling.
Based in London, Gammoh joined Gallagher Re in 2021. In her most recent role at the firm, she served as Head of Strategic & Financial Advisory.
Overall, she brings nearly 20 years of experience towards her new role.
Throughout her career, Gammoh has served in a variety of different positions for various companies.
Prior to joining Gallagher Re, Gammoh worked at Enstar Group, where she held the role of Group Head of Capital Management and Modelling.
Before that, she spent over three years at Flood Re, where she held the role of Head of Capital and Reinsurance Analytics, London.
Additionally, Gammoh also previously worked at Canopius Group. During her tenure at the firm, she held the role of Head of Reinsurance Analytics, Reinsurance & Capital Actuary. She served in this role for nine years.
During the early stages of her career, Gammoh served as an Actuarial Analyst at International General Insurance.
Earlier this month, it was reported that African specialist underwriting agency, Neema Insurance Managing Agency had appointed Gallagher Re as the firms reinsurance broker. This appointment was made following the completion of a partnership between the two companies.
