RSG Underwriting Managers’ underwriting business, Global Special Risks (GSR), has announced a new team of directors.
Helen Tarr, previously GSR’s Senior Vice President and Operators Extra Expense (OEE) Underwriting Manager, has been made Director of GSR.
Joining Tarr is Connie Garrett, Justin Jenkins and Jeremy Fyhn who have each been named Associate Directors.
Martin Hayes, Managing Director of RSG Underwriting Managers organisation, Trident Marine Manager commented: “I am proud to introduce Global Special Risks’ new team of directors. They each have a remarkable amount of experience and knowledge operating in a complex class of business, and I am excited to have them at the helm of GSR.”
Micheal Johnson, fellow Managing Director of RSG Underwriting Managers organisation, Trident Marine Manager added: “Helen has been with GSR since 2002 and has been a crucial part of GSR’s growth and development over the past two decades.

In addition, Connie, Justin and Jeremy are experienced underwriters and managers who have time and again displayed their expertise in this field, and they are excellent additions to GSR’s leadership team.
