Global reinsurance broker Guy Carpenter has appointed Andrew Hare as Managing Director and Head of Growth, Asia Pacific.
In his new role, Hare will focus on accelerating sustainable, profitable growth across the region by aligning client strategy, market opportunity, and Guy Carpenter’s global capabilities.
He is a senior reinsurance and insurance executive with deep experience across Asia Pacific, focused on global clients, growth strategy, and building value in complex markets.
Hare joins Guy Carpenter from FIS, where he most recently served as Vice President, Head of Insurance, Asia Pacific.
Prior to that, he led Moody’s Insurance Solutions across Asia Pacific, where he supported the insurance industry in navigating an increasingly complex risk landscape while leading and developing a team in the region.
Hare also spent 17 years at Aon in various senior leadership roles, most recently as Managing Director & Head of Aon Inpoint, Asia.
