Guy Carpenter, the reinsurance broking arm of Marsh, has appointed Rowan Minhas to its Emerging Risk Solutions team, where he will focus on parametric reinsurance.
Minhas joins Guy Carpenter after nearly four years with Miller Insurance Services LLP, where he most recently served as an Account Handler/Broker within the firm’s Parametric Solutions team.
During his time at Miller, he worked across parametric insurance and reinsurance solutions and also developed experience in onshore energy risks.
His career at Miller included progression from Account Handler, a role he held from August 2022 to March 2024, before moving into the position of Account Handler/Broker in March 2024. He remained with the company until June 2026.
Announcing the move, Minhas said: “I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Guy Carpenter as part of the Emerging Risk Solutions team, focusing on parametric reinsurance.”
