Guy Carpenter, the reinsurance broking arm of Marsh, has announced the appointment of Dennis Sugrue as Head of International Business Intelligence.
In this role, Sugrue will lead the development of the industry risk insights that drive the broker’s thought leadership and client solutions.
He will also be working closely with the company’s Broking, Analytics, and Advisory teams to deliver differentiated perspectives to clients.
Sugrue brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of regulation, ratings, capital markets, and re/insurance.
Prior to Guy Carpenter, he served as Managing Director at HSBC, a role he held for over two years. He joined the bank following an 18-year tenure at S&P Global Ratings.
