Bermuda-domiciled specialty re/insurer Hamilton Insurance Group, Ltd. has appointed Bradley E. Cooper to its Board of Directors as a Shareholder Director by Hopkins Holdings, LLC., effective June 1st, 2024.
Cooper, who replaces Antonio Ursano in the role, is a Managing Partner of Capital Z Partners, a private equity fund focused on investing in the financial services sector.

Before founding Capital Z in 1990, Cooper was an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group of Salomon Brothers, now known as Citigroup.
Cooper has extensive Board experience in both publicly traded and privately held companies. He has also been on the Board of the non-profit Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York for 16 years, the final three as Chair.
