HDI Global appoints new CFO from KPMG

HDI Global SE has announced that its Supervisory Board has named Clemens Jungsthöfel as a member of the company’s Management Board and as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Ulrich Wollschläger.

HDI Global logoJungsthöfel joins the Management Board of the company with effect May 1st, 2018, and will take over as its new CFO with effect July 1st, 2018, replacing the retiring Ulrich Wollschläger.

Jungsthöfel joins the firm from KPMG, where he was a partner with responsibility for providing auditing and consulting services to insurers.

In his new role with HDI Global SE, he will be responsible for controlling, investments, risk management, corporate development and also passive reinsurance.

The appointment remains subject to the approval of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
