HDI Global renews underwriting partnership with AMANIKI

Global re/insurer, HDI Global Specialty SE has renewed its underwriting agency agreement with German M&A insurance specialist MGA, AMANIKI.

HDI Global logoUnder the terms of the agreement, AMANIKI will be moving from a co-insurance panel of capacity providers to a 100% exclusive binder with HDI Global Specialty.

The Frankfurt based MGA was formed in March 2019 and is one of the first standalone German MGAs to specialise in the M&A insurance market.

With a main focus of UK and European risks, it also has a subsidiary office in London.

The MGA has a broad risk appetite not only in terms of jurisdiction but also industry and risk type, reflecting the team’s composition, language abilities and experience.
