HDI Global Specialty SE, the specialty lines insurer launched collaboratively by Hannover Re and HDI Global, has expanded its UK executive team with the appointments of Clare Constable as Director of Claims and Will Morris as Director of Underwriting for Delegated Authority.
Constable has over 20 years’ experience in the re/insurance sector, and joins HDI Global Specialty from Canopius Group.
She most recently served as Head of Open Market & Reinsurance Claims at Canopius, and was instrumental in delivering and improving its claims service.
Morris, meanwhile, has been underwriting manager at Nuclear Risk Insurers since 2016, and has previously held senior underwriting roles at Generali, Zurich, Allianz, and Munich Re.
His appointment will also see Rafael Rebitzky, HDI Global Specialty SE’s current underwriting director for specialty lines, focus on open market business.
