International specialist insurer Hiscox, has appointed Beth Boucher as Independent Non Executive Director, subject to regulatory approval.
Boucher brings over 25 years of industry experience towards the role. Throughout her career, she has led global teams and initiatives across multiple industries.
During her time working at numerous firms, such as Fortium Partners, SiriusPoint, Travelers, Pfizer and Accenture, Boucher gained experience in cyber security, people management, transformation, and audit and regulatory operations.
Currently, Boucher is a Non-Executive Director, Audit Committee member and Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Coforge.
Additionally, she also recently served as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee on the board of Omaha National. Alongside her board activities, she is a Partner at Fortium Partners, and Research Fellow at Nemertes Research.

Meanwhile, Hiscox recently made a series of key promotions within its Energy team.
