Ensurance UK Limited, a construction and engineering managing general agent (MGA) and Lloyd’s Coverholder, has appointed Tim Cramphorn as Non-Executive Director, effective November 1st, 2018.
Cramphorn is a former Managing Director of HSB Horton Engineering Insurance, which is owned by reinsurance giant Munich Re.
He is a chartered director with more than 45 years of experience in the insurance sector, and has previously held numerous director and non-executive director roles, and, currently he holds directorships at a number of Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s insurance brokers and captive insurers in Guernsey.
His career also includes roles as Chair of the British Machinery Insurers Association, a committee member of the Insurance Institute of London Property Committee, and as an active syndicate underwriter at Lloyd’s.
