Norgan began her career in 2004 with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, prior to transitioning into property & casualty insurance.
In 2012 she joined an energy-focused boutique insurance brokerage firm.
Norgan brings to her new role specialised consultancy, placement, and broker service for clients ranging across various energy sectors.
As a marketing account executive, she will assist clients in streamlining their risk management and insurance programs to fit their strategic objectives.
