The Insurance Council of Australia Limited (ICA) Board has announced the appointment of four new directors.
The new directors are Frank Costigan, Tracy Green, Jarrod Hill, and Ralph Ronnenberg.
Costigan has worked for QBE Australia as Interim Managing Director for just over two years, previously working at insurers such as Berkshire Hathaway and IAG.
Green is the Group Executive Insurance for RACQ and Hill, the Country President of Australia & New Zealand for Chubb Insurance Australia.
Ronnenberg has joined the board with previous experience as Managing Director for Munich Re Group in Australasia.
All the appointments has been made during a Board meeting held in Sydney and online. The Board also accepted the resignation of Mark Milliner, outgoing CEO Australia of IAG.
It ratified the membership application of HDI Global Specialty CE (Australia Branch).
The ICA now has 58 member companies.
