J.B. Boda & Co., the overseas company of international re/insurance broker J.B. Boda Group, has announced the appointment of Rajesh Sinha as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director – APAC.
A globally recognised insurance and reinsurance executive, Rajesh is a seasoned C-suite leader bringing more than 36 years of regional and international experience to the role.
Based in Singapore, he has been entrusted with a strategic mandate to accelerate growth and strengthen J.B.Boda’s presence across key Asia-Pacific markets.
In his new position, the executive will be spearheading the firm’s regional strategy, client engagement, and market expansion for both treaty and facultative reinsurance.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Rajesh has established a strong reputation as an Accident & Health (A&H) specialist and transformation leader.
His extensive experience covers the full insurance value chain—including underwriting, product development, distribution strategy, and navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments – across the APAC, Middle East, Africa, and CIS regions.
Before his tenure at J.B.Boda, Rajesh held senior leadership positions at several prominent global organisations, such as AIG APAC, Markel International, Chubb, First Capital Insurance (Fairfax Group), AIG Middle East, Africa & CIS, and Tata AIG.
