He brings extensive experience serving complex clients in the private equity sector.

Noteman joins WTW from Thompson Flanagan, where he spent more than seven years. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, leading a team of client executives supporting the portfolio companies of major private equity clients, including some of the industry’s largest and most complex risk accounts.

During his tenure at Thompson Flanagan, he guided several of his largest private equity clients through significant industry acquisitions and the transitions that followed.

Aartie Manansingh, Head of Alternative Asset Insurance Solutions, said, “Jim has managed some of the most complex private equity portfolios in this business, and he did it by being reliable and disciplined. Portfolio management means analysing both the details and the broader picture at once and Jim has built his career on successfully doing that. M&A is a specialty business, and specialty businesses are won on depth. Jim strengthens our depth.”
